Quality control

Janine is always striving for perfection. Our company has been improving its quality control since its inception. Now we have done the corresponding inspection of each production process and all the test results are uploaded to the ERP system in real time to ensure the high quality and consistency of each batch of products. In general, our quality control personnel test products in the following aspects.

Material property test

Through the physical and chemical properties of the material inspection to ensure the consistency of product quality. Common tests include: particle size distribution, metallographic analysis, density, coercive magnetism, magnetic saturation, and so on.

Equipment includes: Carbon content analyzer ,Microscopic metallograph, Cobalt magnetic instrument, Analytical balance scale and so on .

Dimensional check

We check product dimensions by using micrometers, calipers , quadratic element measure instrument machines, electron microscope, Image measuring instrument and so on.
