Compared to traditional steel razor blades, carbide razor blades offer several advantages. They are significantly harder and more wear-resistant, which means they can maintain their sharpness for a longer time. Tungsten carbide blades are also less prone to corrosion, which can be beneficial in humid environments.  Additionally, carbide razor blades are capable of cutting through tough materials with ease, making them suitable for various applications beyond shaving, such as cutting cardboard, plastics, or other materials.

The requirements for each razor blade are different, some require both toughness and elasticity, and some must be able to withstand impact loads and side forces. Whether as a razor blade, a three-hole blade, a carbide blade, a ceramic blade or a precise special shape made according to the customer's drawings. We are able to use different types of cemented carbide and ceramics and precisely adjust our blades to the specific cutting tasks of the user in terms of materials, heat treatment and cutting geometry.
